Both panels are cut at a precise 45° angle, creating a flush, nearly invisible seam where they meet at the corner. Stronger bond, better water resistance, and a premium look that elevates the entire enclosure. This is our standard — not an upgrade.

Where two glass panels meet at a corner, most companies use a simple butt joint — one piece of glass pressed flat against the edge of another with silicone filling the gap. It works, but it leaves a visible seam and relies entirely on sealant for a clean look.
We do it differently. Our mitered corners are cut at a precise 45-degree angle on each panel so they meet flush — like a picture frame. The result is a seamless, gap-free joint that looks sharper, seals tighter, and lasts longer.
Mitering requires specialized equipment, tighter tolerances, and experienced fabricators. It's our signature technique — standard on every corner enclosure we build, not an upsell.
